Visit Florence, a city most well known as the origins of the Italian Renaissance. There are many free local tours you can join, which will take you to many famous landmarks.
One of the most popular destinations is the Uffizi Art Galleries. The galleries have artwork by famous artists, including Sandro Botticelli, Raphael, Simone Martini, and Elisabeth Louise Vigée Le Brun. We recommend you book a ticket in advance to avoid long queues.

Transfer to San Donato, a quiet hamlet surrounded by farmlands. Then proceed to Montauto and the medieval town of San Gimignano. The walk should take around 3 hours.
In the afternoon, enjoy free leisure exploring San Gimignano. Notable landmarks include the Palazzo Comunale, which is home to the Bologna city council, and the Torre Grossa, the tallest tower in the city.

Transfer to Pisa. Then fly back to London.
If visiting in the summer months, your inbound flight to London may be in the evening. If so, then you will have additional time to explore Pisa. Your group leader will take care of the arrangements in terms of your airport transfer and luggage storage.
