Wadi Rum, also known as Valley of the Moon, is a Protected Area that provides visitors with many opportunities to explore the huge stretches of Jordanian desert thanks to its spectacular, almost surreal terrain. The naturally formed rocks, arches, and red sand dunes are perfect for rock climbing, sandboarding, and long hikes for thrill-seekers.
