I have been lucky enough to spend most of my career within the travel industry and have almost three decades of that passion, knowledge, and expertise to help you design a truly unique and personal holiday experience! Fully financially protected by ABTA and ATOL, completely independent and with access to over 450 suppliers, attention to detail and value for money are guaranteed.
Having worked for a multi-national retail travel agency, a luxury cruise specialist and overseas, as a Tour Manager and Cruise Director, you can be confident that your travel arrangements will be handled to the highest possible standards from the moment you make contact. I have worked in 4 & 5* properties, hosted and escorted special interest groups from organisations like the U3A and Women’s Institute and have always constantly strived to add those little, extra special touches to your travel itinerary that will make memories to last a lifetime. Exceeding your expectations is my ultimate goal and I encourage you to let your imagination and wanderlust run wild! Our business is aligned with the award-winning Cyplon Holidays, an industry keystone and destination specialist, which has been owned by three generations of the same family since 1972 who are committed to investment and development in this ever-changing world.

After many years of dreaming about cycling in Asia with a group of friends, this was made possible after speaking with Gareth. From the beginning, he took time and care to understand what I was looking for and put together an amazing holiday, visiting Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, with a wonderful 4 days at the end on a catamaran. I can’t thank Gareth enough for all his hard work and attention to detail in making this a trip of a lifetime, with plenty of memories that I will never forget.
I cannot praise Gareth enough, I asked him to look at a cycling trip in Asia for a group of friends, with a few extra requests as well.
What he arranged for us was amazing, from start to finish he made the whole process so easy and we had the time of our lives, made it even easier knowing that everything was arranged in advance and it went like clockwork. From transport to boarding passes, the hotels and the excursions, Gareth had it all covered. All we had to do was, cycle 200+ miles and enjoy the scenery.

Gareth was brilliant in listening to what my parents wants and needs were, and finding the best no-fuss holiday, within budget for them. From arranging home pick-up, VIP boarding, flights etc, and with a full itinery, it has put their minds (and mine) to rest, as everything has been arranged to make it plain sailing! Thank you Gareth. We have just returned from a trip to New York as a group of 8 to surprise a family member who lives in the US for a very special birthday, 60th. Gareth has been amazing in organising everything we wanted with a great hotel located very close to Times Square, great bars and restaurants and other great attractions. The organisation and travel experience provided by Gareth has made our trip so enjoyable and special. Not used an agent for years as always organised trips ourselves but have to admit we are converted and already considering other trips with Gareth. Would highly recommend Gareth nothing is too much trouble.

Gareth is literally the gift that kept on giving! Having not used an agent in years I called him after seeing his posts on Facebook. We had a great chat about our budget and requirements, and he came back super quickly with several PERFECT options! He went over and beyond on absolutely everything, from delivery an incredible itemised itinerary, to checking us in and following up That we were happy once in resort! The icing on the cake was an amazing hamper on our return which included Moroccan spices and a cookbook (where we went!). Gareth booked my holiday to Gran Canaria for me and a friend. He organised everything, flights, hotel transfers and excursions. I’ve not used a travel agent before, but it was great to have someone arrange everything for us and make suggestions on hotel and excursions. Gareth is very friendly and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend using him.
Gareth organised a Christmas markets trip for us to Hamburg and Amsterdam. From the minute we booked with him he was super organised and on the ball to make sure everything went smoothly. As well as booking the trip itself, he gave us loads of ideas on things to do in each destination and put together an itinerary with all the info we needed. I was impressed with Gareth’s attention to detail, he replied to messages quickly and really did go above and beyond to make our trip special.
We are planning a holiday to San Francisco and surrounds for next year and have used Gareth to plan the whole thing for us having been very disappointed by so-called local established travel agents.
Gareth has been unbelievably thorough and his knowledge and attention to detail has proved absolutely fantastic for this holiday. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him and responses to emails are literally within hours almost all times of the day.

We have been using Gareth for our travel plans for a number of years now and he never fails to deliver in customer service and price .. we are going to Canada this month for five weeks with friends and he has helped plan an RV trip through the Rockies for two weeks, an Alaskan cruise and various other hotels and car hire.. we have also just booked Dubai in Jan and a Windstar cruise in Barbados in March with him… I can’t rate him highly enough..in fact we would consider him a friend now! We used Gareths service for our first holiday in 11 years. We were unsure where to go as a family and Gareth came up with Turkey Marmaris fully inclusive at the grand ideal premium hotel for July 2023 at a great price. Gareth then answered various emails and payment methods via his services which were very easy to do. He could also offer day trips in Marmaris at good rates. As time went on nearer the holiday date Gareth gave us our documents with Easyjet and from then on everything went perfect with the airport and travelling.
