I started my career back in the mid 90’s, I have worked for various airlines and travel companies at different levels from sales consultant to senior management, and have over 29 years experience. In this time in my career I have gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise, becoming a specialist in a range of world-wide destinations, with a passion for the Caribbean and regularly go there on my own holidays twice a year. I have great relationships with Hoteliers and teams within the Caribbean at many resorts.

I have been holidaying and sending clients to the resorts for the past 27 years.

I am extremely passionate about people, and building holiday itineraries for clients. I pride myself on giving honest, independent advice and I will always go above and beyond to ensure I offer exceptional customer service. I offer a personalised service, ensuring all aspects of your travel arrangements are taken care of, you can contact me with any questions or queries (no matter how silly they might seem) at any time. Once a booking is made, I continue to help and offer advice on how to make the most of your trip.

I have a wealth of destination knowledge that I can share to help you decide on your perfect vacation. As an independent travel advisor, I am not tied to certain operators or suppliers and use over 450 of them, giving me the flexibility and freedom to make the best recommendations as per your needs and spend level. I am also able to build itineraries to suit your holiday requirements.

Thank you Neisha for all your help booking our Honeymoon. Because we went through Neisha, we were able to book dates just under 2 years before the trip which has made it cheaper for us. She is now our go to travel lady and is currently helping us book a trip to New York. Amazing service and a lovely lady. Thank you Neisha!

Thank you to Neisha for all her help for me and my mate for our 3 day Wimbledon tennis experience. She helped with any queries we had and gave us clear details on all we had to know for our trip which included seeing ladies semi finals on court 1 and 2 nights at voco hotel with breakfast and travel to the tennis included. Neisha was so fantastic at organising what was a brilliant time. Thank you 😃🎾

I have booked several holidays with Neisha when she was a Manager for Thomas Cook many years ago. Neisha’s care and attention to detail, including special requests, food allergies, disabilities and listening skills are outstanding. Her passion for people and exceptional customer service is unrivalled, and one of the reasons I will never book elsewhere, regardless of if it’s cheaper online or elsewhere.
Neisha stays with you the whole way through the holiday and beyond, she assists with Seats, baggage, even allowing us to come to her house when our flight from Gatwick was cancelled and then re-routed, ensuring we were fed and watered.
Neisha is not just our Travel Agent over the years she has become an important part of our lives, and we think of her as family.
If there was a company award for going above and beyond and providing exceptional customer service, it should go to her. She even FaceTimes us from her own holidays, should there be a schedule change that needs to be dealt with. She really goes above and beyond.
We will never book elsewhere.

Booked multiple holidays with Neisha, I could go on about the fantastic deals I've had, the free travel guides I have been sent or even the great choice and variety she offers , but the main reason I booked repeatedly with Neisha is trust and the reassurance that brings when planning what is essentially the highlight of my year. First came to know Neisha when myself and wife were looking to book our honeymoon holiday. The service we received from Neisha was exceptional and far beyond the simple sales process. (Destination Mauritius)
Not only is Neisha great at what she does! But also a great human being! It is obvious to see that client/customer well being and satisfaction is at the forefront of her ideologies.
Since our honeymoon, I have yet again reached out to Neisha to help us find an all inclusive holiday, this time to the Maldives 😊 I reached out late Saturday night, received a response and phonecall Sunday morning/lunch (she let me sleep) and had our holiday booked the same day Sunday evening.
No hassle, no problems, no pressure and the guaranteed satisfaction that I am in goods hands. Our holiday protected, with next to nothing to do other than confirm a couple of details.

Neisha is truly one of the most WONDERFUL human beings I have met 😍 She seamlessly organised our Honeymoon, and was SO calm and patient with my inability to make decisions. My Hubby and I have been married 10 years, been together 26 years, but have never had the opportunity to go on Honeymoon/Holiday together, so this was the Holiday of a life time.......and Neisha made our dreams come true! Neisha was absolutely perfect. We contacted to book a destination wedding. Initially looking at the Med and the cost was too much for our budget. However Neisha found the perfect deal within budget and extras that weren't a requirement.
She has stayed in contact throughout and been on hand to answer any questions we had. We had a pet wedding and honeymoon at Sandals in Jamaica.
so much so we've rebooked for 2 years time and next year we've booked our family holiday to Turkey too!

I have booked many holidays with Neisha, the reason for this is the customer service is excellent and always available to help. I would recommend that having a personal travel agent is in my opinion so much better than a store. Everything is looked after and can tailor make all holidays.
